Fit For Purpose Mission

Raising funds and awareness for wounded veterans through the Fit For Purpose trilogy and virtual events.

On the 11th of November 2019, I launched the Fit For Purpose Mission (FFPM), as the official fundraising banner under which I would achieve my mission of ‘raising funds and awareness for wounded veterans’. 

Our online store is now live!

Dates and locations hold a purposeful meaning in the Fit For Purpose trilogy. It was only fitting that the FFPM Online Shop was launched on the 7th of December, a date that holds a significant purpose for Veteran Jimmy Ferguson and the trilogy.

The Fit For Purpose Trilogy

Fiction based on life experiences.
A dedication to all who serve their country.
The three books form a trilogy that follows the life of the protagonist, Veteran Jimmy Ferguson over three years. Each book represents one year, with Book One starting in 2012.

About Briony Beattie

Hello, I’m Briony, a disabled woman living with cerebral palsy. I am the author, founder, and fundraiser of Fit For Purpose Mission, the official banner under which I achieve my mission of ‘raising funds and awareness for wounded veterans’.

Missions & Fundraising

I participate in virtual fundraising events and embark on missions to raise funds for veterans through veteran charities.

I do all my fundraising events on a 100% voluntary basis.
